Payment Details

Note: Right after making the reservation, and in case of availability, you will receive a payment request through your email address to make the full payment for your accommodation. Please note that only after making the payment will your booking be finalized and valid. If there is any question regarding the booking and payment process, please contact us via our contact details mentioned on our website.

Note: We are only an accommodation facility and have no responsibility regarding Shemshak Ski Resort or the roads being open or closed. There will be no refund if such incidents happen. Also, there are no cancellation rules for bookings in winter season which is our high tourism season. The only option available for cancellation request would be to keep 60% of the payment as credit for booking requests in the next year.
